Same Team, New Name!

Since the acquisition of Instant Again in April of 2013, we have made significant strides in improving our operations while continuing to provide the best in class service that our customers have come to expect. Effective July of 2017 the Company name will change from Instant Again to Instant Express. Vehicle markings will be revised and all signage, literature and business documentation will be changed over to feature the new Instant Express branding.

Who We Are:

Express Delivery, LLC (dba Instant Express) brings a combined 100 plus years of experience in the Delivery Business to provide the best possible service our customers. We specialize in On Demand, Same Day pick-up and delivery services – anything from 1 envelope to 18,000 lbs. of palletized freight.

We have rights in New York State, throughout the North-Atlantic United States and also Ontario, Canada. At Instant Express we view our customers as partners and our courteous, professional staff always does whatever it takes to get the job done. We operate without contracts – we prove ourselves everyday!

James Perfetti
Chief Executive Officer

Jim joined the Company in April of 2013 and brings over 20 years of professional experience working across operations, marketing, business development, and product management. Prior to joining Instant Express, he worked for a software development Company, a publicly traded eCommerce company as well as co-founding and running his own equipment distribution company. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, is a licensed CPA and received an MBA in Finance from The Anderson School at UCLA.

Andrew Gross III
President

Andy followed in his father’s footsteps.  He went to work for the elder Andy in 1984 as a driver for Instant Delivery.  He went on to hold various positions in the company from Dispatcher to Sales Manager to Vice President.  When the company was sold to US Delivery in 1995 he stayed on as Regional Sales Manager.  Andy was General Manager of the Rochester Branch right up until he departed in December 2003.  Not too long after he joined his father at Instant Express. Andy continues to be a vital part of the organization, currently serving as Company President.  He lives in Greece with his wife and twin boys.

Keith Rugg
Operations Manager

Keith has been in the delivery business since the late 1980s when he delivered furniture.  He then joined Instant Delivery in 1991 as a driver.  He became a dispatcher in 1993 and then head dispatcher in 1994.  After the company was sold Keith stayed on and became a vital part of the On-Demand Team in Upstate, NY.  Keith joined Instant Express in 2003 as a key member of the operations team.  He is responsible for the day-to-day operations with his focus on service.  He resides in Greece, NY.

Former CEO

Andy started in the transportation business back in 1962 working for his father’s company RAZ Trucking.  He has worked in other transportation fields such as Purchasing and Exporting.  In early 1982 he started an On-Demand Company called Instant Delivery and operated the successful company until he sold it 1995.  He retired shortly after.  After 7 years, he had enough of retirement life.  Andy passed away on February 9th, 2012 and he is greatly missed.  His legacy and influence on the Company continues to be felt to this day.
